Freezbrury Challenge - sea swimming in Ireland during the cold month of February

okay so january suckkkkkked and so i took it upon myself to sign up to the freezbrury challenge. this challenge aims to raise awareness for mental health resources. anyways. the rules are as follow:
feb 1st: you must be submerged in the sea water for 1 min
feb 2nd: 2 mins in the sea
feb 14th: 14 mins in the sea
and so on and so forth all the way up to feb 28th 🥶
i am NOT an experienced sea swimmer (by any means). and honestly i just hopped up and down most days rather than swimming because i am a child.
this challenge was so great for my own mental health. loved it. would recommend.
enjoy my attempts at getting a total of 406 mins in the rocky irish ocean during the FREEZING month of februrary.
