We love the manicotti and the lasagna was good, but I think I will make it without the Italian sausage next time. My dad had no problem from the manicotti, but had bad indigestion from the lasagna. Preventing freezer burn is the reason. I used press n Seal and mashed it down into the pans. It did not stick to the meal, and was easy to remove. That was just what I had on hand. We voted both meals as keepers!
