Another heartfelt performance of a piece from this magnificent cycle! A very interesting technique of superimposing two videos helps you to get into the character and feel the mood of the piece more deeply. Bravo to the pianist and author!👏💐

Both the piece and the composer are new to me. The central ostinato makes a wonderful framework for the pointillist melodic material which surrounds it. Most atmospheric - and sympathetically played. Thanks also for the wonderful snowscapes in the video.
Die Stücke, die in Freidlins wunderbarem Klavierzyklus enthalten sind, erregen zunehmend die Aufmerksamkeit von Interpreten und Zuhörern. Natürlich. Ein normaler Mensch möchte Musik, die schön, berührend, rein und klar ist. Das ist es, was uns an den Werken von Jan Freidlin reizt. Die Klavierspielerin hat einen feinen Geschmack und ausgezeichnete Klangbeherrschung. Musik liegt ihr nahe. Ich hoffe, dass sie es nicht bei der dargebotenen Interpretation belässt. Ich denke, sie kann immer noch mit Tempo und Klangfarben experimentieren. Probieren Sie beispielsweise die Möglichkeit eines etwas verhalteneren Tempos aus (im Rahmen des Andante con moto). Vielleicht wird ein verhalteneres Tempo den Antagonismus zwischen dem stets wiederholten Motiv (Taubheit, Erschöpfung, Hoffnungslosigkeit) und der erneuerten Melodie des oberen Registers (Hoffnung, Lebendigkeit des Geistes, Entelechie) betonen. Die Form des Stücks ermöglicht trotz seiner Lakonizität verschiedene Interpretationen. Bravo an Meister Jan und Pianistin! Schade, dass der Name des Pianistin nicht genannt wird. Sie hat auch das Stück „Sunny Glade“ aus „Seven Landscapes“ perfekt aufgeführt. Gut, warten wir, bis es allgemein bekannt wird :).
Danke schön für Ihren ausührlichen Kommentar. In der Tat habe ich eine andere Aufnahme - etwas langsammer tempo mit leiser verstelltem Mikrophon. Am Ende habe ich diesen Vorzug gegeben. Es ist wahr, Jan Freidlins Musik bietet viele Möglichkeiten je nach dem Interpreter und Situation. Ich bleibe gerne anonym in YT aber danke für Ihren netten Gedanken. Gleichzeitig frage ich mich wer sergey ship ist, an dem JF ein Werk gewidmet hat!?
