I have a quick question. As a future freight dispatcher I have no trucks, equipment, etc to dispatch. Do we search for carriers first and then talk to the brokers to book a load after we send the dispatch agreement and carrier profiles to the carriers? Thank you!

I suggest you start calling brokers before you get your first carrier just to get a feel for how the conversations will go. Once you feel comfortable then begin to market your services to carriers, and go from there. 😁
