In my opinion spending money on a TMS is not necessary considering you don’t need 60% of the features they do offer. We recommend a platform called Connecteam. To answer the second part of your question yes they will and are obligated to, and if they don’t you should have their contact information at hand to reach out to them on any updates while their in route transporting a load.
Hello, this is not true, according to that article the FMCSA actually is in favor of dispatchers being able to handle more than one carrier. I’ll elaborate on response to the email you just sent us.
