Hey Jaz, great video as usual 👌. Had a question, so we check for fremitus in the anterior teeth. That would mean that we dont get fremitus issues in posterior teeth in MIP/ ICP?

Great Q - you can defo get fremitus on posterior teeth (ie. you can get occlusal overload anywhere) - it's just that it's often observed on anteriors because the loading of anterior teeth is not along long axis and easier to diagnose

what would be your treatment in case of periodontitis + fremitus? First perio treatment and then ortho? Something during the perio treatment?

in my non specialist opinion: Perio first (plus any adjustments if possible to reduce occlusal trauma) - ortho to be considered only once no active disease
