I moved out of my flat, which i shared with my study friend. It was a big parting and change to me. Arrived on my new place we were sitting on the moving boxes and find French & Saunders on a channel. Suddenly I felt ready for the next step in my life. Still I got these feelings when I see them. It’s been 25 years ago. 🫣😄
It's because of "celebrity" chefs like GR, that young chefs think they can scream and yell in a kitchen and it's acceptable behavior. Some chefs, like Charlie Trotter, actually demand total silence, during service, and will throw a fit an fire people who break that rule. You can make amazing food and quite a name for yourself and your staff, by being polite and professional.
