MOIN LEUTE,
Back again with a brand new video, this time with the best French made cars I filmed during the 2022 Touristenfahrten (Public driving) season on the Nurburgring Nordschleife. Although there are many Porsche's and BMW's on the track, there are actually some really cool and also very quick French made cars. This year saw a huge increase in the Alpine A110 which is a very capable and quick car for on the Ring. Let me know in the comments below which French car was your favorite!

I get this humour but the French do make a good handling car if we're comparing like a megane 250 to a astra vxr, golf r, focus st, seat Leon, etc. 😇💨💨

I have just inherited an 2008 307 (my dad passed...), and I own a new Corolla, I have to tell you, I prefer to drive the 307 so much more, the thing eat corners for breakfast.

Je sais que les Anglais ont limite un culte pour les Peugeot. Les autres pays, en Allemagne j'en ai vu quelques-unes sympa en allant au Nurb, mais ils sont plus sur les RS. Les autres pays je sais pas =)

Le deuxième plus gros marché pour les méganes 3 RS c'était l'Allemagne, le plus gros marché pour les Clio 2 RS en dehors de la France c'était le royaume-Unis (sauf pour la 182 qui se vendait plus là-bas)

Nos voitures ont peut être pas les plus gros moteurs mais elles ont des chassis diablement efficace sur circuits c'est ce qui fait tout leurs charme et leurs forces 😁😁 mais malheureusement avec la politique écologiste actuelle c'est voué à disparaître au profit de véhicules électrique sans âmes... profitez bien de nos petite bombinettes énervée tant qu'il en reste et prenez en soin

Citroen BX estate @15:54. Got to be pretty rare, even when it was new. Never seen the estate version. Nice. Also, good to see those fantastic Renault r5 turbo II's. Those peugeot 106 gti's look super fun and look like they don't suffer from understeer at all. Just direct, communicative and responsive steering.

Just a bit sad that nobody drives his Peugeot RCZ on the Nurb. I used to do this some years ago, I had a 2.0 HDi 163 with a reprog. Damn, that diesel has an ugly sound but it's torquey asf for what it is...

The only Peugeot they mostly use on trackdays is the 106 and you saw 106 Rallye and gti. Renault just has more variety in well known hot hatches. Further this video is about a certain time in the year..
