The spyre IS not covered from viewing AT all. That catheral has been badly damaged during WW 2 (AIR FORCE BOMBING) and in need of great repair, from bottom to top . This tower is looming at more 60 meter high . For safety reasons (strong winds, Bad weather, falling risks) the TOWER has been surrounded by a safety cover, to protect workers. The spyre itself is made of Iron and copper . Firefighters think the fire caught through the wooden floor may be from an electrical device and will make more investigation.

Firegighters said the fire caught below on the wooden floor of the TOWER surronded by that white safety protection ''wrap'' (preventing workers from' strong winds, rain, falls ..)
