I have trouble with similar high and low vowel sounds; for example, “je sais” and “j’essaie”, or “dessous” and “dessus”. I would love a video on how to listen and enunciate these distinctions. Thank you for all your work!

Hahah I will try! well it depends on the intonation... sometimes it's to express amazement like 'oh la la, c'est magnifique!" and sometimes it's more to express some kind of frustration or anger "oh la la, j'en ai marre de lui" (I'm fed up with him)

Hello!! As always great video! I had a lot of fun with the exercise at the end. I find one of my biggest challenges is pronouncing the famous..... “R”!! Lol. I speak Spanish so I tend to use the tip of my tongue more and when I make the effort it’s either too strong or too light 😅 my bf also teases me with the “ U”... 🙄 lol. But I’m getting there! Lol.

Alors en général quand le E est placé devant une seule consonne suivie d'une autre voyelle, on prononce comme dans rePAs. Par exemple: deVOir, deVIse, meSUre, ceRIse etc. Quand le E est placé devant deux consonnes, comme dans le mot seRVieTTe, on prononce è. D'autres exemples: deSTin, reSPect, reSTer, deRNier, beLLe etc.

Bonjour! I really like your channel. I am a Romanian guy who recently moved to France! Speaking also a Latin derived language, learning French pronunciation isn't so difficult, except for the sound "R". We produce this sound, in Romanian, in a totally different manner, as from French. I've spent months trying to master that sound, tried almost everything available online and still with no results. That affects a lot the quality and also the speed of speaking. From what I've heard there are a lot of people facing the same problem. Do you think that is there a chance for a non-native French speaker to reach a native French 'R' sound and what tips/exercises/tricks do you recommend? Je te remercie pour ton reponce!

Salut Celia, on pourrait aussi dire "que les élèves font", les deux sont possibles. Dans tous les cas, même quand "élèves" est placé après, cela reste le sujet du verbe "faire"

De rien :) non, je n'ai pas de vidéo sur ce sujet mais c'est une très bonne idée de vidéo, je note ;) Je dirais que dans la majorité des cas on ne prononce pas la consonne finale mais il y a quand même pas mal d'exceptions, par exemple: bus, but, fils, mars etc.

Ton méthode d’enseignement est si rafraîchissant et tu parles très naturellement avec tes téléspectateurs (ça n’est pas toujours le cas avec les vidéos d’apprentissage de français online!). Continue à créer du nouveau contenu, j’aime bien apprendre des nouvelles choses et maintenir mon français selon ton point de vue si original!!

Quand j'ai commence a apprendre le francais, on me dit comme une regle generale que les lettres du mot "CAREFUL" sont prononcees a la fin des mots. Bien sur qu'il y a des exceptions. When I first began to learn French, I was told that as a general rule, the letters in the word "CAREFUL" are pronounced at the end. Of course there are exceptions.

Well if you have one s between two vowels, it will make the sound [z], when you have double s then it makes the sound [s], is it clear?

I like your content im not gonna lie but you have some issues with the camera , i think you should practice how to use the cam i mean the angles and how you should record yr self , second you should learn a little more about the montage of vedios , and i highly recommend you to start a mooc about how you should place your texte in vedio , and Good luck
