It's because the houses like this are located in our old villages that are dying. Little shops , no attractivity . Just "old people" so less demands.

I love the fireplaces, especially the one in the kitchen. The ceiling medallion in the living room is beautiful and would definitely stay after the renovation. I think one reason I like looking at houses in other countries is that they are laid out so differently to what we have in the U.S. And the outside was huge but the river would have sold me. So many possibilities. Thanks for taking us along.

That's a fantastic price for everything you get with that property. Just being on the river and having access to it makes it worthwhile but then you add on that beautiful garden and it's worth it. Yes there is a lot of work needs doing inside but nothing that is in desperate shape. Just some updating and refitting a kitchen.

My wife and I owned and operated an 820 Square feet VRBO or air B/B and it was very popular. This was in the USA. 820 S. F. worked just fine for space..
