The title is not misleading, as this person explained the French Revolution within 9 minutes. I'm not talking about the video length, just the length this person was talking about the French Revolution. There you have it.

Daniel Hernández there was a big debate in USA whether or not to help Revolutionary France. One one hand, it was the old royal regime which helped the States in their independence, so the likes of John Adams thought it wouldn't be right to help their enemies. The likes of Thomas Jefferson wanted to help the revolutionaries because they were fighting for a New republic just like the States had done.
