French Short Story for beginners and intermediates (A1-A2): La routine matinale de Lucie. In this video, I read the story at two different paces, slow and normal French. I also added 10 multiple-choice questions to test your French.

I can't thank you enough. Because i have been speaking french for 4 years, and when I started learning grammar it was all complex. But you did the actual magic of untying all the knots of my complexity of understanding french grammar. I have watched many videos but yours are more easily understandable.

@@TheperfectfrenchwithDylane I don't think you have left something, i have roamed all over the internet to find the perfect conjugation lessons, but there are none, and even if there were no one explains like you do. So i think you have the perfect title for your channel, The perfect French. Learning is not difficult but teaching someone really is. And i think you have accomplished that 100%. I had only one doubt. The verbs ending with -eler and -eter There are two different rules for them. Like for appeler and geler. How will i recognise which rule to apply. Double L or change the e to é. Just like with Acheter and Jeter.

Also, I wanted to add, I really hope you do more of these. As someone who took a few years of beginner french a LONG time ago, this is they type of practice I've been looking for. ... I understood maybe 35% of it but having the subtitles made it not stressful. THANK YOU !

I got your book french short stories 2 months ago, which I am currently working on. I have to lyk that IT IS AMAZING! TRÈS INCROYABLE! It is literally the best french learning material that I have ever bought and used. I love every topic you chose for the book, they are useful and interesting not like my other textbooks which feel pretty fake.

I started my French course three weeks ago and loved this short story. I like the fact that I could follow quite a lot of it and even answered some questions correctly. I do have difficulty understand the use of the word en. I just learned to use it when traveling to a country with a feminine article. But in you story it seems like it replaced et.

Bonjour Dylane, I have just finished reading your 'French Short Stories' Book 1. I really enjoyed the stories. It took me a long time but that was because I did repeat reading of each story every day over 4-5 days. That worked for me! On my Christmas list was your 2nd 'Short Stories' book, which I know I received but I'm still hunting my home for it! 😮😊 So I shall catch-up on your u-tube short stories until I find the elusive book! 😂

j'aime bien ce vidéo, l'histoire est parfait pour les débutants. J'utilise ces vidéos parfois avec des participants d'un groupe de français de l'université du troisième âge. J’ai également votre livre en français avec des histoires en français. Les histoires simples, qui illustrent la vie de tous les jours, sont parfaits pour les débutants. Merci infiniment !
