I'm not sure, either. It kind of looks like a jelly/candy type substance. It looks soft and jelly-like.

It's an insert made of strawberry, sort of jelly but they use pectine not agar agar

I wonder how much these would be... There are so many strawberries in each and they are expensive, high quality ingredients, white chocolate, real vanilla pods, almond flour I think.
