@@sirerik2825 Yes they do, have you played a wheelie? Someone with red stats will just usually yolo and instantly die. That said I still hate arty and really don't like wheelies (I play them myself, but I think they should be nerfed because they're clearly still to strong, they're suppost to get a small nerf again in the next patch but I still think they're gonna be too good), they're not a good thing for the game imo.
(in demoman's voice) You know, between the blueprint only tanks, wheels having no traction, and spgs having satellite view, the HE having splash inaccuracy, it ain't so bad
Because when you sit still, the binos will give you more view range than optics can, so then you can spot more through the enemies' camo along with the cvs. The even 90 is meant to be a passive scout and just sit there in a bush, so many people use binocs instead of optics.
I checked this on wot wiki. The radio set only works for you, but designated target and the directive for it should work for your team too. So it's 16 s for you, 14 s for your team.
