the hoods in the UK are a lot less racially segregated than in the US. in the states of course there are poor white people poor black people and poor latino people but they tend to be in different parts of the country/whatever city we're talking about. in the UK the hood is diverse as fuck, you get like 20+ nationalities in one council housing complex.
Because hoods aren’t just black communities (like in most of America) everyone just sounds like the area they grew up in / people they grew up with regardless of race
I don’t know I live in brum and to me where I live I see black areas and Asian areas but the white areas are normally abit mixed with the Asians and blacks being minority in that area

You're kinda right, Jamaicans started this specific way of talking in London but it's kinda mixed with the how white kids in London spoke before we got here. Other people commenting are right too tho, most people in the trap/road lifestyle talk like this no matter what colour they are tbh. That road culture was started by Jamaicans here so there's still a lot of Patois words and sentence structure if that makes sense. Frenchthekid is from Essex which is a county next to london which used to be notoriously racist. Essex even have their own dumb little accent but as ethnic people push out from london into essex in the last 20 years, they are starting to sound more like they from london due that london ethnic influence.
