Something to point out. There are people who believe that the Frenzied Flame and the Greater Will may've at one point been one entity that split. And that's why they are the opposites of chaos and order, as well as why the fingers together could form one hand.
What I love is that chaos is often treated as the insta-villain. The irony, however, is that chaos is more in line with what we’d consider to be “good” or “acceptable.” For instance: life itself is chaos. All these different life forms coming together to form a perfect ecosystem. Order would be death. Why? Because that’s the only way all life can truly be equal.
Why all this mystery about Vyke’s intention for seeking the Flame of Frenzy? Why would the motivation of saving his maiden be so unthinkable? I also wish I knew where this assumption that Shabriri is somehow manipulating you in a way somehow different than anyone else in Elden Ring.
The more I dig into the lore, the more I'm convinced that Melina is the Glom Eyed Queen. Instead of Marikas daughter, though it would be interesting and I don't see why she couldn't be both.
I love Zoe too much to actually care, but the narration is sooooo solemn. Sorry, I feel bad pooh-poohing a solid lore video, but would've loved to see some of the trademark humour. .......I'm nitpicking, aren't I? 🫣
Why is a shabriri grape one of the first key items we find when leaving the castle in limgrave? Almost like the game wants us to look into chaos before any other ending
If the tarnished does accept the three fingers blessing to become the lord of chaos so they can prevent Melina's sacrifice but later change their mind they can purge the three fingers influence by using Miquella's needle at the arena in Faram Azula where they battle Dragonlord Placidusax.
Melina will still hate you for the rest of her playthrough. Burning herself is something she wants and chose to do, she believes it is her destiny. And by denying her of her destiny, she curses you and never returns during the play-through where you inherited the flame and burned the tree.
I'm clueless. But From does really like their flames. We got the black flame, profaned flame, chaos flame, and now frenzied flame. There's probably more.
i got the end with melina after the frenzied flame end on my first playthough on accident, i should have shared my capture but it felt too spoilerly n dint realize it was rare lol was like a few days after i saw it start popping up in lore vids! waiting for dlc to play it agaIn!
How was vyke close to being elden lord when all the demigods still had their fragments of the elden ring on them he was never close to becoming elden lord
Just watch a video on his story dude, it’s pretty simple. He collected two great runs went to the tree denied him just like it denies you instead of sacrificing his maiden, he decided to go to the three fingers and burn the tree himself when he came back from the three fingers. His maiden was dead.
