Ingredients
2 of 800 grms of derica can basmati rice
500grm of smoked chicken or 2 pieces of chicken breast. Diced and stir fry
1 pack of 640 grms of frozen veggies to be kept in the fridge overnight
2 medium onion
4cloves of garlic
4 slices of ginger
1 scotch bonnet ( optional)
1 tbsp of curry powder
1 tbsp of dried thyme
1 tsp of Tumeric powder
1 tbsp of mixed herbs
1 tsp of nutmeg powder
Some bay leaves
Flavoured chicken stock
Maggi to taste
Salt to taste
