Hello Ms.Ayesha. Thank you for making the video i requested and for mentioning me as well. I know a couple of those soap bars are mine and its awesome watching you make them. Thanks for your time as you told me the area was without power. God bless you and your business
Lovely soap. Want to make one for myself now. Thanks a lot for uploading. As I have never made any soap using fresh fruit pulp this video inspires me to make one.
Wow, that soap was so beautiful & creamy that I wanted to take a bite! 😀 Thank you so much sister for this video! I subscribed as well, looking forward to more great videos.
I have just stumbled across your videos and I've notice you don't use mica powder in your soaps...THAT IS SO AWESOME!!! You now have a new subscriber and thank you so much for sharing. I live in the Caribbean and we got all those plants and fruit trees in our backyard. I am going to try my hands at making soap, all because of your videos...Much love from Trinidad and Tobago.
KOH is not necessarily milder, it is still a strong base. The difference is KOH makes liquid soap and NaOH makes solid soap. But there is no NaOH or KOH in the final soap as these strong base are both used in a saponification reaction, and the resulted soap is actually a Sodium or Potassium salt of the fatty acids found in oils. The bye product of the saponification is glycerol. Some soaps are better than others, but there is no remaining lye/NaOH inside in any correctly made soap.
Nice watching this video of papaya soap production. Thank you ma. But tell us the process. When did you add the caustic soda to the papaya and oil mixture? Tell us the measurement of the oils, papaya and caustic soda.
Such beautiful soaps. quite inspired now to try making some all natural soaps. did you use any fragrence oils or essential oils to ads fragrence or is it all just the natural papaya? love it!
I love your videos, but why was it a different color in the container, but orange once you poured? Did you add colorant? Either way, I love you and your videos. Much love from Miami. 🌹🙏🏽🥰
Good work ma'am. I want to know d ideal amount of water I can use to dilute 1kg of caustic soda and also, how many litres of oil will be just enough to add to it to make soap. Thanks ma'am
Thank you for sharing, but can I request please measurement and ingredients in the oils.and seems you did not use lye how it will be soapy?please I’m honoured and thankful if you will answer me.God bless you my dear
me encantan sus jabones, no comprendo el ingles, pero me las arreglo para entender un poco. si pudiera poner las cantidades por escrito se lo agradecería mucho para aprender mejor. un abrazo desde Sonora, México.
Hi Ayesha, thank you for sharing your recipe. I am a beginner in making soap and love to see how you made all your soaps. Wishing you all the best in your business. Thank you....greetings from Curacao
Shirley J Hi Shirley, thanks for watching my videos, l try to shop the process of making soaps using natural fresh ingredients. you can follow the process using your own measurements depending on the size of soap you want to make. Let me know if you have any questions warm greetings from Ghana
Hi Ayesha, yesterday I made the papaya soap. Tonight I will unmold it to see the beauty of this papaya soap. Thank you for your kindness. Happy soaping!
I love ur channel . It is very influencial and I am a very big fan . I have watched every single one of ur videos and I have subscribed to ur channel . Can u plz tell me how u harden ur soap? I would be very happy if u write back soon because I want to make this soap
Hi thanks so much for watching! I've been making soap so long that I just eye ball the measurements haha. I suggest you do some research into it because one has to be very careful when using caustic soda, can be dangerous
I guess there is no water as ingredient but the papaya puree is good enough to melt the lye I guess and so with the oils. That is probably looks very creamy. Thanks for the presentation.
HI , I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL. I though soap had to be cured over a six week period. How is it possible to get it ready in 24 hours? Thanks for your kind response.
Hello, I just saw your video and your recipe looks interesting. I saw where you responded to a question about the measurements but it's still unclear to me. How much papaya did you use? How many ounces in the coconut, neem oil and Shea butter did you use? Is there a substitute for neem oil? Thanks
+Ariane Mahabir if your total water is 18 oz, the papaya can be 7 oz. you dont have to use neem oil. you can use your choice of oils , you need 48oz of oil for 18oz of water, so its your choice to add all the oils you want to use to weigh up to 48 oz. , hope this helps you sought it out, happy soaping
I have made soap before using neem oil. I had 125 ounces of oil, one ounce being neem oil I also added fragrance to the soap and afterwards all I could smell was the need oil. How do you mask the awful scent of neem oil?
Vic Toria hello ma'am. If you need soaps of such, I sell them based on the tutorial gotten from Ayesha, I now make fantastic soaps ( carrot, pawpaw, lemon, rice milk etc) and I stay in Ibadan, Nigeria.
Ripe is best because it's juicier. You have to use a liquid. If you can turn the raw one into a liquid then why not. Let me know how it goes. Thanks for watching!
+Joana life Hi, sorry for the late response. it really depends on the size you are making, for example if your total water is 18oz, your papaya should be about 7 oz then blend it with 11oz of water making a total of 18oz. . After blending the papaya, then you add the lye. Thanks
Love this video. I love soaping with fruits but please if you could tell me what ingredient makes the bars so buttery? I am looking forward to making a creamy "buttery" type soap and I am not sure of what % of what to achieve that? Is it Neem oil? Shea Butter in high quntities? I don't know but I am genuinely asking. I have my own recipes but I was just wondering how to come up with a creamier buttery texture as when you cut it. Yummy
Honestly, l soap at very low temperatures for both lye and oils and that is what makes my soaps creamier. l dont have a thermometer but l let my lye cool down to almost room temp. Thanks
