we did it with blueberries (as its easier for the kiddos to eat with no seeds) but it made the roses really pop on top! :)

If you noticed the cheesecake was a little brown around the edges if you dont want to cover the cheesecake with the topping bake it in a water bath and it wont brown so you have an even simpler cheesecake
