Jealousy doesn't even come close to how I feel whilst watching you eat all of that fresh seafood. You my friend are blessed and i'm so happy for you. Thanks again for another awesome video. I fully enjoyed it and appreciate the hard work and efforts you put in to each and every video.
La Paradeta was my first restaurant stop after my train ride into Barcelona as well a few years back. I was secretly hoping that you would visit it based on your video title and was so happy to see that you did. Great choice!
No matter how long he spends in America he is still Chinese at heart. Chinese people no matter where they go will always eat Chinese food. Foreign platters simply doesn't suit their tastes. I went to Russia with a Chinese tour group and 98% of the time i was eating Chinese food.
@@deezeed2817 That isn't just Chinese people you know. Americans, Europeans, and everybody else is like that too. Why do you think you could find a McDonald's almost anywhere in the world?
Yes, I went to Madrid on work some years back with some people from work and one of the guys with us insisted we go get some American style food. So we ended up at some low quality BBQ place but at least it was American style so he was happy. The rest of the time we got regular food for Madrid which was all much better. Even at the workers smoke filled cafeteria the food was better than that BBQ place.
Always enjoy your videos Mike. Every time you show your house I think ‘yup that’s my dream house’. Out in the boonies. Make a reading nook, writing nook and exhale. Also I love the easy access to your plumbing! Omg I hate repairing drywall!
I can honestly say that I enjoyed every second of this video Mike 👍 can't wait to visit Spain one day especially Barcelona for the seafood..thank you for the tour 😀
@Mikey Chen My hubby is half Chinese, half Spanish. His Taiwanese mother (speaks fluent Spanish and often cooks Spanish food) worked/lived in Spain from the mid 1960s till late 1970s, when there were barely any Chinese there. I heard there’s a growing population of Chinese people there now. Nice to get a glimpse of that through your video. You should consider visiting the region of Galicia. It’s a road less travelled by non-European tourists compared to European tourists. Although Madrid and Barcelona are popular places to go, it’s touristy. I would recommend exploring other parts of Spain as well. My hubby’s family is from La Coruña. It’s a fishing seaport, so they have the freshest seafood there! “Pulpo Gallego” (Galician-style octopus with potatoes) originates from that region. Also in that northwestern region of Spain is Santiago de Compostela. Great for those who want to explore by foot (pilgrimage trail). The trek could be as long or as short as you like. You would probably come across some great sites and eats along the way...pilgrim style!
Omg Mikey i wanna pack a suitcase an travel. Straight to Barcelona to taste the amazing seafood that u shared with us thank you for sharing your adventures with us much love from Becky in Idaho
Hey Mikey, love your videos and channel! Just wanted to point out that what you ate, that looked liked prawns, are actually called langoustines. The difference between the two, are that prawns belong to the shrimp family and langoustines to lobsters. Safe travels and look forward to more of your videos!
When Mike says the room is not expensive but it’s over 200$ a night and when you have to be at one you need it to be 80$ or less a night....😭😭😭 it’s hard being broke and watching these amazing videos. I live vicariously through you Mikey.
Must of been some extremely expensive dishes since u didnt post any prices of the dishes in your videos, but by saying that you looked like you were very well satisfied. The clams made my mouth water just looking at this video and those shrimp were ginormous
Well you could tell that Mikey wasn't keen on the seafood LOL.😀 I bet if no one was watching after he finished slurping the sause off the razor clams and cockles he would have picked up the plate and licked every inch off.that too as he said it was soo good you dont want to waste a drop .
Definitely need to watch out for the scammers and pick pockets in Barcelona. Las Ramblas is a hot spot for it. My bro got ripped off in 3 card monte, then pick pocketed and my uncle got pick pocketed.
