In less than a week Anderson and Son's Asphalt of Pinellas County completed this massive asphalt parking lot project for Calvary Christian High School in Clearwater, Fl.
*note: This drone footage was shot just prior fully completing our line striping. Thus you will see some areas, such as cross walks, where the lines are not yet completed.
We started with repairing a slew of areas on the lot including cracks, potholes and general blemishes. Some areas needed additional leveling attention to help with drainage and/or esthetics.
Next we laid a fresh coat of sealcoating using the push broom method which allowed us to get more product down, and thus making the new layer of sealcoat last longer, helping to protect this parking lot many years into the future.
We then completing fresh line-striping to help keep the lot organized and utilized as efficiently as possible.
Our team on this XL asphalt sealcoating project consisted of up to 8 persons on our busier days.
We used upwards of 12 tanks of sealcoating to complete this project which equates to roughly 8400 gallons.
