1 lb pork belly or tender loin
1/2-1 lb shrimp
1-2 pieces rice noodles
Rice paper
Lettuce, herbs ( basil and mint),Chinese chives
Use any vegetable that you like to replace them
Sauce:
5 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp peanut butter
4 tbsp hot water
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp lime/lemon juice
2 garlic clove
Garnish sauce with crushed roasted peanut and hot chili
