How long can we preserve it? As strawberries are not available always in my country, I want to know about how to store the filling for a long time.

Guys if u add a teaspoon of vinilo extract before the lemon and evaporated milk when it’s almost done consistentsy wise it taste just like Popeyes strawberry glaze they add on biscuits
