Those other sharks you keep catching are definitely not lemon sharks. Lemon sharks have 2 pronounced dorsal fins. Those you are catching are juvenile bull sharks.

I have only ever seen one Wahoo bigger than that and that was when my dad and I went out on a fishing charter in Aruba. It was almost 5.5' long. I caught a 28 lb 58.5" bull dolphin (mahi-mahi) on a charter in St Thomas, USVI, along with some large barracuda and a 7.5 lb blackfin tuna.

Man I really enjoy every one of your trips and always looking forward to the next one. But I have to ask I’m in safety and I noticed that you cooked the tuna and shark on the back end of your boat. Not that I’m a boater as I use a kayak lol but open flame near gas tank? Just wondering if vapors would ever leak out of the wells??? Just a question/ observation. As always safe travels man

Bro 60 miles in that boat would scare the hell outta me. I live on the pacific coast and i’ve been on a boat 3 times that size, and almost lost my life. 60 miles out. On a really nice day. When the weather comes in you cant stop it. Micah is a boss. No questioning the boss. But man… thats a long ass way out there.

Did you really take that amazing and prized Wahoo and use it as bait?! I don’t think your boys will be happy to see you throwing it on a hook for shark…😅 To each their own but dang.. You wouldn’t see me doing that lol you could’ve just as well used the carcass or guts for that and saved the meat for dining.

The easiest way to tell a lemon shark is their 1st and 2nd dorsal fins are almost the same size. The 2nd shark you landed was not a lemon shark.

Alot of people dont realize how hard u dont have to set a gaff! They are normally very sharp, basically just pull them into the fish. Sometimes u go quickly because u r in a hurry or fearful of losing (bad hookset or sharks)....but when they r tired n up 2 side of boat just pick your spot and pull them in, most cases the weight of the fish pulls the gaff clear through

@HighAdventureVideos I love these kind of videos with other people. These kind of videos are one in a lifetime experiences like when you caught that huge wahoo and you saw the big ray. And on day 2 you missed a couple fish but then caught a bonnet head and a lemon shark. After a while you cooked some tuna and bonnet head up on the boat and had a good meal. You are living right, making memories, and having fun with friends. This is the definition of living life. Keep up the good work Micah, and keep having fun because you can’t promise tomorrow so live today and make the most of it.
