Sir I am in a project in tcs Kolkata. The manager & team lead harassing me. It just 4 months now I joined. They exploits me too. So I asked for release then manager,HR,RMG nobody is giving me that. Finally HR started to prove that I am a mental patient. Then I asked the supervisor of HR that I asked for release and they are saying to go for counciling. Finally my manager said you go home do treatment and come back and they have taken my office laptop. Now tell me what should I do! Because they not giving me release;!??

Just put down your resignation letter. They can't stop you for more than 3 months. If you just want to get release from the project and don't want to leave the company.. Just relax and don't take much pressure. They will release you from the project if you're not productive. They shouldn't have taken away your laptop. But if they have taken away, relax, they should still pay you, just login daily. If they're calling you mental or harassing you in other ways, just collect evidences, you can take leagal actions against them, expose them on the social media.

I got job at Amazon vcs, I could have done that job till end of my career but they increase target like anything, and you just can't maintain those target, it ultimately led to addiction, it was permanent wfh job, with nice pay for tier 2 city, with luxury of sleeping during work, but tbh it's not leding you anywhere, same with most of the it job it's just luxury because clients are European or American you get higher pay otherwise most of it guys just don't understand even basic things, they are boring, I passed one interview for it job with fake experience, but failed in background verification, I lost my hope and went for bpo job and again start studying for government job, planning business and may be I have to live forever like this, but I learnt many thing, everywhere

Guys if you cant clear aptitude because of low processing of mind.. not because you dont know how to solve question... Then think twice to enter coding field because it requires fast and correct thinking process... Otherwise you ll waste your whole day to solve a minor bug or make small function...

Dear sir , i am 2023 passout . Having skill set in java, python along with frameworks like springboot & django, frontend side- reactjs. Currently learning Android app development along with java.Already i rejected from 2 frontend technical interview in online mode due to project issue. Now all interview conduct in offline mode, planning to move Bangalore. Shall i move to Bangalore?? What improvement need in project in a frontend side to impress interviewer?

project issue? what exactly happened? and why do you have so many tech stacks? are you good in everyone? recruiters will grill you more if you have mentioned a lot of things. only put if you are good in them and know answers.

sir I am qulify tcs nqt for digit role but in interview panel she does not take my interview properly and not asking questions and reject me. And also in capgimini I qulity the online test and communication assesment but when I am apear for interview she note my number and email id and tell me to wait for hr but I wait 2 min then call will cut and again I recive regret mail .sir why this is happened .Please reply sir

@@finnyar bhai experience se keh raha hu...yeh analyst wagera roles bass sunne ke liye aache hai...Inka pressure katai bahut rehta hai...boss manager ki bahut chatni padti hai...kam tumhara itna hard nahi rehta but kam ka quantity bahut de dete hai....overtime bhi rehta hai bahut bar...mene khud ek mahina poora Kam Kiya without any Sunday wagera becoz mere manager ne kaha warna repercussions hoenge... Wait for some time...kuch aacha aa jayega But location kaha ki hai job ki?
