Meat is a thing which we eat once a week or twice a weak .Milk is for daily use .People drink three or four cup of tea a day that is Unhealthy .You can drink one cup a day .Also Cow meat is energetic food and instant form of animal protein.
I was fortunate enough to see a herd of camels with their owners. It was a grand sight. They really look after their camels. We too bought some milk from them and had kheer made. I wouldn't drink this milk straight up as it had a strange taste about it. But coming close to the camels and their babies was so worth it
