It's finally here... my freshman year dorm tour! I am in Centennial A at Kent State University, living suite-style with my roommate, Emma. It is the nicest dorm and definitely spacious. Today I'm walking you through my dorm, sharing my set-up, and letting you know where everything is from.

I lived in Leebrick many moons ago. Kent is an amazing atmosphere and one of the safest cities I have ever lived in. I live in Florida now and I would send my kids there in a heartbeat.

I got accepted to Kent State but chose not to go there but I almost did. (I’m going to be a freshman in college this fall) I do know many people who already go there or will be attending this fall so I got really excited to see this video pop up on my RU-vid suggested as I’ve been watching lots of college videos these past couple days!

I am seriously thinking about applying to Kent and have a visit scheduled. I was wondering how you half loft your bed? Did they show you, did you RU-vid it, or did you already know? So do they allow the xl bedskirts? I read the Kent lofting guidelines and it said that no fabric or drapes could enclose the loft. I just ordered my bedskirt and wanna make sure they're allowed 😳

Just an idea, but you should put pics or magnets on the vent under the thermostat to give it some decor. Ik this video is a year old but if you ever have that situation again, this tip might be helpful.

McDowell which is a suite style does but it only for juniors and seniors and then eagleman has them as well since they are apartment style

Apply and see what happens! A test score doesn't always determine how much money you get from the school!

Christabell senior Sekyere i got accepted into kent 2 months ago and i highly recommend retaking the sat and shoot for a 1260 so you meet up with honors college. honors college alone gives you a nice scholarship. i don’t know what your gpa is but if it’s 3.5+(i think) you automatically get a presidential level scholarship and i think they range from $4000-12000. anything helps honestly!
