These Ily dolls are just adorable. At the beginning I wasn't too excited about them because I expected more character inclusion in the clothes and accessories but I get the subtle influence is a thing with the collection. Thanks for the videos!⭐👌
Thanks for your review of these dolls. I’m really happy to see another boy in the lineup & will definitely get him. I think the Ariel doll should’ve had a more elaborate outfit. IMO The jacket lining would’ve been better if it’d been a dress with the sequined jacket over it. The character is more leaning towards Ursula that Ariel to me.
I think they’re really cute. If I can get them on sale, I’ll get the whole set. Otherwise, I’ll have to be choose. So thanks for sharing, so I’ll be able to see them all!

They can theoretically come off if you use heat but they are not designed to be removed, their pegs aren’t that strong compared to dolls like LOL OMG, and Rainbow High where the hands are designed to be removed to dress the doll, but if you are careful you can remove them with boiling water and pliers I have found
The little mermaid shorts are like mermaid high and ariel has a pink shell purse in the dollar tree accessory packs... Its just all so done already.. I wish they would have used founders yellow and blue stripes or crab shaped purse or even coral or bubbles on the shorts or bag... And i feel like design on the inside is a bit wasted... Wish it was on the back like a painted denim jacket... But still I'm glad you unboxed the ariel one bc the Ursula impression was hilarious
The printing on the back or even just a shell out of different colored sequins would have been cool I agree Ariel is kind of overdone in my opinion across like every doll line but kids love her so they keep selling so we just have to put up with it until something better comes along, I’m surprised we really haven’t gotten more frozen in this lineup
@@disneydprince like when ariel first came out and tyco was doing it she had so many cool designs they said tropical we got you... Granted I call them child bride ariel for the face scuplt but I would love to see the vivid tropical designs of the vintage dolls on the lovely face sculpts of today... As for frozen I'm glad we didn't get too many... So many disney properties and yet two out of seven are frozen and we got frozen before... You know what I really want the non princesses give me tigerlily and tinkerbell and kida and esmeralda I would run to the store for that
The dolls are beautiful! Their clothes look a lot " cheaper in quality" than tje JaksPacific though. The only thing that would make me hesitate to purchase the only one l want, is their sit factor. Can they sit decently? Were there ANY updates to the leg / hip area to allow them to sit without that indecent leg splay?
The first boy doll was Aladdin they are pretty similar looking but this one has shorter hair and slightly lighter skin I think and is styled around Sven the reindeer from frozen

I have a series two ily and I am able to take her hands and feet off no problem so I think only the ones made by Disney can’t do that bc I have one series one but maybe that’s just my doll so if you don’t want to risk it then I say don’t do it I have another series two coming so I’ll test her too anyone can let me know if y’all want an update lol I will also add if you put rainbow high shoes on your ily series two don’t put boots on them and if it’s hard to take off the foot may get stuck and come off in the shoe I was able to get my dolls foot out with both still intact but it could be different y’all you might have to rip apart the boot or leave the foot in there so only strapy heels for the ilys lol
