This video shows us freshwater fishing for bream (redbreast, bluegill and crappie) in Georgia using live and artificial bait. It was a windy day but we did catch fish. Thanks for watching!
Looked like a good day. Just got back from fishing ourselves, same method, crickets... inline spinners and worms. Trolling the banks.Might post it.Good video!!!👍
Pro tip: I lay my bream busters down on the ground next to a tape measure and I paint white or gold stripes every foot down the length of it. Makes a poor mans depth finder also helps me set my bobber at the exact depth i want.
Greetings from NH. Man that’s the kind of river I would love to fish from my kayak. Bream, Gills, Sunnies...whatever you want to call em, are so much fun to catch. Now when I saw Will catch that crappie... that one woulda come home. Where abouts in GA are you ? Definitely looking forward to more of your vids.
Hey! I really appreciate you watching! We live in South Georgia approximately 50 miles from Florida and approximately 50 miles from the coast. So we try to do a lot of saltwater fishing as well. The Satilla river we were fishing is a beautiful little river for sure that is perfect for kayak fishing. I would like to do more fishing but work gets in the way all too often Lol. Thanks again!
What part of the river were you on I've been wanting to come over there I'm in South West Ga. But don't know much about the Satilla. Any advice would be appreciated
This was around Waycross. There are several boat ramps in that area. The river is known for its readbreasts, and there are many who bass fish in it also and do well. During dry spells, the river can get pretty low. Small fishing boats and kayaks are perfect for this river.
Yea Will caught several nice ones while I caught dinks. Lol. In the near future, you and I will be able to do some fishing together. Looking forward to it!
Hey mate ,, The water looked like glass at the start of this !! Absolutely stunning mate ! They may have been little fish but they were still a catch ! It’s shattering when you pull it up and they are small but pull and fight like a monster 😆 It’s been a could of weeks since I’ve been out on the water . The weather here in The Whitsundays as been terrible for fishing and mud crabbing ! I’ve got my latest up and would love for you to check it out . Take care mate , Kellie 🇦🇺
I definitely don’t get to go as much as I would like but plan on going back soon! The weather here is just starting to get nice. Thanks for watching and I will definitely get over to your channel.. work has me behind on watching any videos lately.
Yes there are some very shallow areas in the river right now.It is a short shaft which was still hitting bottom in some areas. I appreciate you watching and will heading over to your channel. Thanks!
Lol. We actually caught bluegill, redbreast and crappie. They kinda close enough to be the same I guess... Ha. I appreciate you watching! Have a great week.
