Pembrokeshire Community Hub is proud to be supporting the remarkable Freya Terry as she embarks on a solo circumnavigation of the British Isles and Ireland, seeking to raise awareness of mental health every chance she gets along the way.
Freya’s story is one that will resonate with many people: struggling through secondary school, feeling down, and unable to understand exactly what was happening to her.
Freya’s journey through adolescence is a compelling story, while her determination not to be defined by the struggle is inspiring.
Before setting out on her 5 month voyage, Freya found time to talk to Pembrokeshire Community Hub about her life, her mental health and the imminent circumnavigation.
