As seen through the lens of Philip D. Borden, City Engineer for the city of Fall River, MA.
From the archives of the Fall River Historical Society.
Philip D. Borden (1850-1936) was the son of Philip D. and Sarah F. (Bennett) Borden. He was educated at Williston Seminary at Easthampton, MA, and later graduated with a degree in civil engineering from MIT. He served as assistant civil engineer for the city of Fall River from 1873 to 1880 and then as city engineer for Fall River from 1881 to 1912.

While I do love the video, I'd like to suggest a more plain script for future videos. It's a bit difficult to read this fancy script with these old eyes and a small screen.
