My hips are so tight; this was definitely the hardest one of the 7 day challenge for me. But I am looking forward to doing this all over again over the next 7 days!

I love doing these “days of the week” videos, and especially the Friday one after a run. Question about the “booty drop”... is your “dropped booty” meant to be resting on the ground, or just hovering. I’m never sure. Thanks!

I love this challenge! At the beginning of the year I practiced yoga every day for at least 30 minutes. Then I caught a cold and paused for a couple of weeks. Since then I've been trying to come back to my daily routine, but until now I always struggled. Your 7-day-challenge is a great help. Thanks for uploading!

This 7 day challenge is the basis of my home yoga practice. It is a great set of positions and transitions, each giving a real sampling of the particular "flavor". Thank you for beating my teacher with my practice.

Am so glad I pushed myself to do the 7 day challenge. Event at 6 months postpartum, I struggle to practice daily. This is my favourite routine so far.

I'm probably not the least flexible person in the world, but it feels like it sometimes, haha! This was great. I'm really enjoying this challenge. I'm more energized and I can even tell a difference in my mood the past couple of days. Thank you for these videos!

I find this to be the most challenging video in the series, but it may be because this is my first time doing it. Even so, I loved it! My hips feel very relaxed now.

I love this daily Serious but this one in particular I keep coming back to again and again. It’s perfect at the end of a long and hectic week when energies are running a little bit low 😊

This felt really good! I’m carrying a lot of grief in my hips and lower body and this helped move some of that around. Of course with that, a lot of emotion. ❤️💔

Last time I tried this 1.5 year ago, I hated it, I was too tight to do the poses properly. Today, I can do these poses! I'm so proud! And I'm grateful for your channel helping me to be consistent with at least a 15-30 minute yoga practice on most days. As you say, your daily practice is your strongest practice. THANK YOU!

Thank you for all your wonderful videos 💙 at first I did feel as tho, compared to other few yoga videos/RU-vidrs that I watched, you hold poses longer, and some can seem harder to do, but it’s exactly what I need in order to improve! I could not do the booty roll 😂 and I love how calm and peaceful the workout is, especially at the end, no music, no distractions, just pure presence! 🦋

That was an awesome flow... I have the flu today and thought I wouldnt be able to do it but I managed. Yay. Covered in sweat though even though it was a more layed back flow... might just sweat this flu out! loved it, thanks Sarah.

It challenges me as I am new but I keep going and push through 15 minute sis not much to give in 24 hours and I feel great. I am on the path to healing and ridding diabetes out of my life forever and wanting to do more to set the example for my kids. Meitaki atupaka Sarah

Great video! I am doing yoga regularly for a month now , but this video seemed extremely challenging for me , I couldn't hold most of these positions for more than a couple of seconds. Is it normal or am I doing something wrong?

Hey Sarah Beth! Have you considered doing a crescent moon "heavy" routine? Crescent moon is one of my favorite poses! I enjoy this sequence very much and even pause at points to hold the stretch longer! Thank you.

Whoa! Day #5/7, almost there! This one was hard for me today. I think I just had too much going on in my mind because when you said “if you aren’t present and just moving it’s a workout.” I had to pause and pull myself together in order to finish this like I was supposed to. Thank you for helping my old hips and knees. Request: When you show a modification, could you please show it again on the other side instead of just suggesting to modify the same way on the second side? It would be helpful to see it again! Love this series!
