"Claudine" is similar to "Baby Boy" IMO but in the 70s and from the female perspective. CLASSIC film! Lotta "Baby Boy" fans have never seen or heard of "Claudine" with Diahann Carroll and James Earl Jones. Yeah I know I'm old school but good films and stories are timeless even if they are from the 1930s or the 1600s or ancient Roman Times or Shakespeare. Doesn't matter.
