I am pissed off with Dead Air. I have had so many issues with Quality Control. I received my Sandman L six months ago and immediatly had to send it back cause it would not screw on to there Micro Keymo. They told me I showed have it back in 3 months. still waiting. I even had a bad Muzzle device that would not even screw on with either of my Sandman's.
Mike, you might have a good company product but that’s only half your quality control and customer service will lead to your downfall You can’t even file a warranty claim through your website you get forbidden access If you call rugged , OSS , silencer CO , They actually answer the phone you guys don’t And you don’t reply to your emails promptly, and sometimes not at all. Pay answering service to answer the phone for goodness sakes people have a problem they want to talk to somebody The last six emails I sent I got no replies I owe six cans from dead air, but I can tell you this until you fix your customer service. I ain’t buying no more.
