I read Ethan Frome for high school English class. Since then I've read The Age of Innocence and The House of Mirth. Enjoyed all three. That store with the graffiti all around the outside looked awesome....I could spend days in there. Seems like a good trip - thanks for the update!
Hi Randall! Thank you for watching. I need yo catch up on your vids! That store was so cool and the disorganization let you think that you’d find gold if you just keep digging!
I LOVE that on vacation you put together such a haul. Love the Crash Test Dummies, the Superboy comic is awesome and those Star Trek novels. Hope you're having a great trip! It certainly looks like it.
Looks like you seen some cool places. Love the mural on Sound Go Round building. I would have spent all day there. That's a cool Superboy Comic. I go antique malls everywhere I go and comic shop if I find them. Enjoy yourself this weekend and have a safe trip home.
I know the feeling of trying to shop in a giant store while a friend is impatiently waiting, haha. Sounds like you are having fun! I'm sending you a bill for my Whatnot spending. 😆It was a nice surprise to see a Friday Night Chat this week, thanks for doing it!
Try doing audiobooks in the car. It’s a great gateway. Another is to try short stories without the need to finish them all. I’m recently buying the older pulps, which are shorter. In any event, I say go for it.
Nice holiday haul there. Cool store you went to with all the records and Funko Pops. The Trouble album you flipped by - 'Manic Frustration' - is really good. :)
Lots of cool stuff in this video! I think Ethan Frome was one of the books we read in senior literature when I was in high school. And that is definitely Gustav Dore's illustration on that Crash Test Dummies cassette. It is one of his illustrations from The Rime of the Ancient Mariner. I just did a video on that album and I include a lot of Dore's illustrations at the end of it. You have so much great content packed into these videos. So glad to have come across your channel.
Thank you for sharing. Very nice Yes find. Hey you got one of the Virgin Stones. One of my «early» popular videos when I completed that Stones collection. Also a wonderful monolith of an album in rock history. Store looked like a wonderful nightmare 😄
