Follow us on Facebook at / madram11 The Friday night Feature race at the Hohenwald demolition derby had some good hits in it. Ryan Staggs was the winner and Ethan Tanner took 2nd place.
Nice derby Madram, but up north here in Joliet Illinois at Rt. 66, we have what is called "The Tournament of Destruction" Half mile dirt track. Five car teams, five lap heat races and a final. Truck and spectator events in between. Tons of fun.
THAT #7 CAR GOT HIM A STRATEGY AND MADE IT WORK FOR HIM HE TOOK 1ST PLACE AND BEST SHOWMAN SHIP BOTH FRIDAY AND AGAIN SATURDAY NIGHTS HE LOVES TO DERBY AND A FINE YOUNG MAN I'M PROUD TO CALL HIM MY NEPHEW....
I miss these things. I also wonder what they would do if you snuck in one of those bullet proof cars for this event. Imagine how pissed off everyone will be when the all black vehicle suddenly takes hit after hit after hit without too much damage.
Awesome derby. Cant have them like that where I live, too many worries about liability. Most are compact & mid size cars. No snowtires allowed. The caution if a car backfires. Sad
The Hopkinton fair one is a lot better the have all new like cars and are all strengthened plus there are like 12 care at a time until the final heap with there usually are about 4-6 cars its awesome!! They also soak the track in water so the crowd gets some mudd as well!!! But this was still cool I love seeing cars get smashed up!!
So I have been watching derby videos this evening and this one makes me both upset and sad. Upset that it is full of a bunch of baggers, and sad that no one is willing to hit eachother unless someone else has them pinned. Probably one of the saddest FEATURE videos out there!
Can I ask why alot of them avoid hitting each other then hit someone else not at full throttle? I thought the point of demo derby was to do big hits and try to put em out a business
I have a friend that has run in quite a few derbies, never won, actually he is regularly one of the first to go out when he does go out but you can bet on him getting some shots in and he is one of the more popular drivers around here. One of his first derbies he has actually put a car on its side and lifted tires on others with shots.
Tyler yeager I agree I dislike sand baggers cause they save their cars till the finals like the other person said and use it to win the money that all they care about is winning the money
Its sad that you can clearly see the entire field besides the white car making it a point to only bump each other. An even politely stop to let another guy go by. Yet the whte car is attack at all angles and has an axle snapped off in the first 2 minutes. Seems legit.
I watched 46 seconds of a turkey twerking and stopped I saw this and said to my step dad the only thing that makes sense to me plus that move by the #7 car at 9:30 was cool turns stops for a split second but not fully and just guns it totally awesome
@@nathanhearld474Even at the end you were trying to swing round short for a little love tap hit - it only ended because the other guy was wise to your tactics and backed up whilst you were doing it to meet you on the nose properly! Nowhere near a mad dog my dude, hit hard or go home.
For that size of track the good ol Boyz back home in Western New York would put one hell of a show on. That was pathetic......#7 absolutely should have been thrown out
You call this a demo derby!?! This is a pathetic imitation of a demo derby! Too much space, too little cars. Where's the good hits!?! And hitting driver doors! That's the biggest demo nono of all time! Around here we'd be booing most of these drivers and they'd be DQed!
