3 things. 1. Love the right pose having Mr. L tell pico to take the L 2. Song is absolutely banging 3. I gotta know how they scripted the infinite opponents with the running segment. They all animate properly, which leads me to believe that every single Luigi is a separate instance. But that would be a pain in the ass to code, and the fact that it doesn’t lag at all is baffling to me.

I actually like how Pico's voice in the running segment feels like it's being drowned out. There's quite possibly an infinite amount of Mr. L singing all at once, so it makes sense that their voices would take priority over Pico's. Just a testimony to how badass he is, basically saying that, "You can't drown me out yet, bitches!".

2:52 is the best part for me. I really like the vocals here and the art of all the Mr. L's lined up and staring down almost judgmental in a way and making taunting gestures at pico as he runs, it gives off creepy, dreadful, hopelessness vibes which I think fits perfectly

I understand why people might hate this. But I honestly fucking love the song in my opinion. It’s actually because it matches the atmosphere in the song. It makes you feel like something is seriously wrong, like something is after you. It’s a good setoff from the typical “Generic banger FNF song” type. I get that argument, especially when it's a game OST that isn't a rhythm game, but FNF, being a music game, does require that the music be very good, bc it's no longer part of the bg and ignorable but rather an essential part of the game. I’m saying this right now. This is better than sonic exe. The songs are even better then sonic exes songs. I mean they literally cancelled the mod after 8-months or progress and only added 5 SONGS. 5. ONE OF THEM BEING SOULESS HASENT BEEN FINISHED. I mean. There were some revamps to songs like too fest but that’s literally it with encore songs. While with Marios madness this took longer than VS imposter v4 and maybe even indile cross. That’s how good it is. They actually tried whilst exes developers DIDNT.

This is one of my favorite portrayals of Pico in an FNF mod. He’s been through, what, two school shootings now? According to FNF lore, he’s a hired assassin, and since Hypno’s Lullaby is canon to this mod, (Hypno is shown in the beginning as one of the monsters BF has defeated) he’s also squared off with Purin. This isn’t the first time he’s stared death in the face. And Pico will always fight to make sure it isn’t his last.

@@RockettasCovers I personally believe that works in its favor in terms of accuracy to Too Late.exe. I mean, besides some exceptions, Mr. L has never really been shown as all that powerful of a character, rather being more foreboding and mysterious. As for Pico, I don't even know what the deal with his is, so I'll give you that. As for the melodic aspect, I can understand why the odd nature would be a turn-off. But I think it works better in the context of the game. I don't know the exact location that Overdue takes place in, but I'm pretty sure it still takes place in Too Late.exe, which is a corrupted copy of Mario 3. So it kinda makes sense why the music itself would be off, considering the fact that the whole game is.

My only genuine hangup is that I wish the instrumental were louder compared to Mr. L's chromatic - because _chanting_ - but his chromatic is basically the instrumental anyway, so It's a minor caveat. Otherwise, fuckin' banger. _What the FUCK is that thing?!_ Also, when running, Mr. L's pointing pose has him infinitely leaning on the double to his left like they're all trying to get each other's attention about the shit they're witnessing, which is _ridiculously_ funny.

“yo soy luigi” Esta línea representa el como Luigi trata de hacer sentir cómodo a Pico diciéndole su identidad, para que este piense que está en un ambiente seguro, debido a que Luigi es visto como alguien amigable en los juegos “mamma mia” Esta frase es el icónico “mama mia” que dicen Mario y Luigi en sus juegos, el cual seguramente diga para reforzar el argumento anterior “Luigi.exe” Aquí se nos muestra que el no es Luigi, si no en realidad Luigi.exe, revelándonos que el también es consciente de lo que es ahora “Soy amigo de Mario Madness” Esto nos clarifica que Luigi y Mario Madness tienen una relación amistosa, por lo que quizás Mario Madness puso a Luigi a propósito para tenderle una trampa a Pico cuando entrase, o quizás era para BF pero Pico llegó primero “go, go, pico yeah, go go pico yeah go pico go go pico yeah” Pico utilizando las mismas frases que utilizo en su primera batalla de rap con BF, seguramente en un intento de darse confianza en si mismo porque sabe que Luigi esconde algo extraño “Ohhh~~ asi es” Luigi demostrando que todo lo que ha dicho hasta el momento es cierto, o Almenos eso trata de decir “yo, soy luigi” Una vez más, diciéndole a Pico su identidad para tratar de reconfortarlo antes de revelarse “Me gusta cantar de espaldas” Luigi dice esto para hacer creer a Pico que lo que está haciendo es normal, y que solamente es una manía extraña que tiene, pero sabemos que en realidad está escondiendo que es Luigi.exe, y aunque si bien el mismo lo dijo, seguramente lo hizo porque Pico no sabe que es un .exe “Acércate” Luigi diciéndole a Pico que se acerque para atacarle fácilmente, este se explica a sí sólo “Acércate más” Asegurándose de que Pico está acercándose porque no le escucha haciéndolo “No te haré daño” Intentando que Pico se acerque dándole un Aura de seguridad falso, lo cual levanta más sospechas en Pico antes de que Luigi.exe se revele “Yeah, yeah, pico yeah yeah yeah pico yeah go go pico yeah yeah pico go go pico yeah” Pico tratando de darle pelea a Luigi, demostrando que no confía en este ni en su ambiente ya es no se va a ir sin saber que es lo que esconde este, sin ser consciente del enorme error que podría ser eso

The beginning of the song, amazing, the ending, though leaving some things desired, really damn good The visuals, absolutely incredible, the chase scene at the end was really good especially But, I don't think I need to say, the middle of the song just falls flat, and the reluctance to use Pico's pitched chromatic, though a respectable choice to be nostalgic, really leaves a lot of missed opportunity for harmony and melodies.

At the start of luigi he doesn’t sees him self after 2 beats he shows himself then pico calls him who the is that thing after so 5 or 6 beats he calls him die. Then luigi opens a place that were we in the mouth then mario comes as ghost to help pico after so many beats he called him the b word than the bar starts uncreasing because they were so much after the chase he calls them assholes
