Theory about Lila: So we all are aware Uncorrupted people cannot be corrupted, correct? And we also know corrupted people usually try to corrupt over kill (hence the existence of nexus)? Well the fact that Lila here was free of corruption and she looks recently killed, hell maybe she's being eaten alive, implies that she, like BF, broke out of corruption in some way and was immediately killed by Skid.

On this episode of Corruption: we have… -Cannibalism -Matricide -Seizures -Reality Distortion

The corrupted seem to be getting more monstrous honestly. Skid eating his mom, the tankmen literally refusing to die despite Pico blowing their faces off, etc. why are they so violent if the harvester just needs to steal their souls? And is he stealing their souls outright or bringing them to a place where they’ll be harvested when the harvest moon is out?

so let's recount. skid officially became a cannibals. the gang split up with BF forced to fight while captured by spirit. Pico looking at what the harvester is doing now will be fighting skid all on his own meanwhile GF is at odds with her own corrupted mother.

At the beginning it sounded just as an silly and generic-fnf mod, but i gave it a chance. And i am so happy i've gave it a chance, i may not survive, i will probably not be alive to see the ending of this. But it is really good, if you need to take a break from it, no problem, i will wait, on my other life i hope i'll born already watching this, because its just so amazing! I hope you're good after all, same for your fans, your family, your girlfriend or wife, your dog or cat or any pet. You've done an incredible job, dont give up, because we all love it, the same as i love your mod. It seems like there's an obvious theme with Corruption; Parallels: Boyfriend and Girlfriend are dumbasses, yet their Evil counterparts constantly used intelligent tactics to corrupt victims whenever they put up a big fight. Plus Evil Girlfriend showed Angel-like qualities while she's quite literally a demon (not a very evil one, but still). Pico canonically has a very high IQ, yet his Evil counterpart is a dumbass. And when in Nexus he uses melee (i believe that's the right term) instead of long range. Skid loves the fun kind of spooky, yet his Evil counterpart is more like a violent zombie. And the most obvious: Tankamalgam speaks in Bible verse instead of being a condescending jerk. Haven't noticed anymore... but maybe Evil Darnell will he weak to heat or something like that.

Props to the quality and effort as always, talking about how this mod grew from a simple reskin to this absolute masterpiece is old, but I do want to point out that the details in animation and the song are amazing, the fact that BF wants to help Spirit/Senpai/Null is really sweet. Good job as always (also props to the cosplayer of the harvester, really neat costume)

Okay, EVERYTHING about this was absolutely out of this world. The intro cutscene was ominous, the song was PHENOMENAL, the sprite work was amazing, the charting looks like a bombshell of difficulty. Which brings me to a question, is this how it's gonna look like in game? And if so, PLEASE let there be a way to turn shaders and modcharts off, because as cool as this looks, actually playing it seems like a nightmare, no offense to the charters and coders🙏. Nonetheless, can't wait for what'll be next.🔥🔥🔥

I am SO curious on how this thing was animated and coded. The glitching, Spirit at the beginning constantly in different spots, the whole hardstyle section, this was NUTS. I really liked that solo part with minimal instruments highlighting BF before going into a duet! I am genuinely terrified by the charting on this LMAO I can’t wait to try it. Doubt I’ll ever FC it, but this is INSANE.

Thought I'd make a condensed turn of events for the Song itself VS Spirit, Since so many people in the Comment Section don't understand what's happening here. The Song starts with Spirit realizing through Senpai that someone is in the Game and he calls out to them, Asking for their help, But as he himself says in the dialogue sections where there's no Vocals, Spirit cannot See, Nor Hear in this World, He's also forgotten who he even is, But then comes the section that starts at 2:32. Boyfriend sings with the intent of trying to save Spirit, Probably because he felt bad for him after learning that he can't even Hear or See anymore, And the two sing in resonance, But Spirit himself breaks from this rhythm they have at 3:12. Here Spirit regains a sliver of understanding of just WHO is here, It's Boyfriend. The one who locked him into this eternal torment, In his eyes Evil Boyfriend and BF are one and the same, So everything that then happens AFTER this is Spirit angrily trying to grab Boyfriend with all the rage he can muster, If he can't see or hear him, He'll put his ALL into "Feeling" Boyfriend, It's why the Hands start flying out like crazy around this point. It ends with Spirit actually catching Boyfriend so we can only guess what happens next, But yeah Spirit did NOT know that he was facing Boyfriend until the 3:12 section, So yeah... In the end Boyfriend did help Spirit regain himself, But not in the way he probably had intended lol, Spirit isn't an idiot after-all, If he regains himself he's not necessarily going to be "Aww~ Thanks for saving me chum!" He'd 100% try to kill Boyfriend lmao.

You know, If I was expecting anything from the cutscene, it's that it would show us Girlfriend's current situation with EVIL Mommy Mearest. NOT EVIL Skid feasting on his mom's...dead corpse?? I genuinely feel bad for Pico's predicament, lmao.

WHAT WAS THAT, THE GAMEPLAY?, THE INTRO??, THIS WAS AMAZING, GOOD JOB!

Holy crap. This series just keeps stepping it up every video. The visuals are insane, the vocals are on point, and the animation is impeccably good. The flashing imagery and bouncing mod chart will probably make this harder to play, but viewing it on its own is great. The thing with Skid is also pretty cool too. I feel like it’s a tad bit unnecessarily edgy, but it does explain what Skid was doing the entire time, and gives more insight on what kind of character Corrupted Skid is. The biggest confusion for me in this scene is just that the abilities and things the corruption does is getting more confusing. Why did Skid turn into a monstrous zombie child thing when Girlfriend and Pico were relatively the same, albeit more blood thirsty? Why did Skid eat Lila rather then corrupting her? Does Skids behavior have anything to do with the more recent undead zombie Tankman? It’s just weird. I could be overthinking this too, maybe Skids just a regular kid so he doesn’t have any special way to corrupt people like Pico or Boyfriend does. So he just gets rid of them instead.

You can genuinely feel Spirit's anguish in this one. I really hope he can be saved like everybody else :(

Once again I maintain that Senpai and Spirit got the absolute worst of it. To be trapped in a game that's barely holding together forced to lose what's left of your sanity as the same person who caused the game to break suddenly comes back albeit this time uncorrupted? Yeesh. At least Bf tried to save Spirit though.

Well there is no denying it, Spirit is definitely making an appearance again. Something tells he is going to be more insane than in his initial end fight with bf_soul, Roots. Though I wonder if he'll have any dialogue with BF before the song kicks it into gear? Regardless I hope BF can survive this battle in the pixelated void.

The breakdown at 2:11 WAS PHENOMINAL. I wasn't expecting for a hardstyle-esque drop from this mod out of any, but I am NOT complaining.

Love how Pico even though he saw Skid “having dinner with his mother” he saved him from the Harvester taking him away. He really still loves and wants to save all his friends even if they are awful beings. ALSO LETSS GOOO CRAZY SONG!! The features and song go crazingly epic!!

Its so awesome to see this return to the Senpai week in corruption, even BETTER than ever. This song just truly conveys the aggressiveness of digital corruption and how terrifying it can be within its constraints considering a physical entity trapped within the console. I feel like Null is that remnant of glitch boyfriend’s cause that might still be in there, and after the while that Boyfriend had been uncorrupted and free from the console, Senpai/Spirit had been trapped in there, enduring the suffering as the game has collapsed on itself in its own form of corruption. ITS JUST SO GOOD!!

Man, this second part of Evil Senpai was so peak, I never thought Corrupted Skid be eating his own mom, the modchart here was freaking insane, the sprites for pixel BF flying facing Spirit is so cool and can’t wait to see the final battle!

at 2:42, we can hear spirits voice become more normal instead of the glitched vocals. While this only lasts a couple of seconds, we can still tell that he hasn't completely lost his mind and is still sane and I predict that bf will save spirit as he was once a person.

I'm going to be honest, Skid eating his fucking Mom was not on my list of what'll happen in this series like at all.

The quality of this is simply phenomenal. I really like how each character is getting their own arcs, with Pico fighting against skid to stop whatever the harvester is doing and GF fighting against her Mom, and all the while BF is trapped in the game world, trying to save Senpai/Spirit/Whatever it is at this point.

I love the sprites in this! The sprites where BF is facing the camera with Spirit behind him (2:30) are so nice, and the sprites where Bf is facing Spirit while they're flying are so cool!

This reminded me of the Ultimate Flowey battle a lot from Undertale. The frantic notes combined with the scary and distorted face imagery and the hands that were maybe a lil too smoothly animated all just captured a similar vibe to me

I stopped my Crisis Core FF7: Reunions play-through for this. You better believe I’m excited! Edit: Okay, this was off the rails!!! So much to unpack here! Everything looks absolutely top-notch! Once again, Phantom and the team have managed to top the last episode! Perhaps I am interpreting it wrong, but towards the end, I have the feeling its Spirit entering those commands, considering he did have access to them before. My immediate thoughts were BF entering them though since he does desire to leave the game to get back to GF & Pico. I don't know. We may never truly know. What I can say is that this was, again, absolutely INSANE! Such a performance! Jolly good show Phantom!

I'm so excited! I cannot wait for the final battle of week 6! Still I'm a little worried for GF because she saw her mom corrupted. I hope BF can get out the TV in time so he can help GF safe her mother!

so heres what im picking up, PICO IS ON HIS OWN HE RUNS THROUGH THE CITY AND COMES ACROSS SKID EATING HIS OWN MOTHER. pump no where to be seen. Pico then pukes at the sight of it and looks away. as he is looking away he sees the harvester walking up to a corrupted person and teleporting them using some sort of cube. pico shocked by this looks back at skid and slams the door on him. which the harvester hears and turns back. at that point we cut back to bfs pov and we see senpai breaking and letting spirit out. spirit still in "some" control over himself. YELLS FOR HELP. this man is being tortured in pain by the corruption. he is constantly fighting to be deleted his name is even gone being replaced with NULL. bf sings with him to try to save him as thats how he saved gf and pico. but then bf begins feeling the effects of the corruptioin and begins glitching out. he breaks free from it but sighs as it took a lot to break out. bf solos as spirit joins in and things seem calming. almost as if spirit is being saved here. then we see the school begin to pop back out as the codes starts flying everywhere. its coming back. BF FUCKING ASCENDS spirit and bf are saving their world but then the game starts glitching more. bf keeps singing as the game is going crazy it can barely contain them. then suddenly a hand grabs bf and pulls him into the darkness. text shows up. exit. it disappears. then quit, it disappears. then help. the person saying such (probably bf) isnt allowed to. current administer is null. the finale will show how whoever escapes how they escape. and if what happens will be good. bf is in a tough spot but perhaps with spirits help we could see a good ending.

The best part were the hands that fade in and out, seemingly grasping at nothing. The coolest part of the vid for me tbh. Especially the way they were rendered too. And then suddenly, they just go in for the final grab. Crazy.
