To be honest, I think the same. I left the community at the end of 2022, and I said to myself that even the biggest hype this game will get because of the updates won't make me go back on this decision.

Duh, just hire some people to help you with development. What's the big deal? Kind reminder, those 4 people gained 2 millions dollars from kickstarter. Not a single fan mod can boast such a budget and yet they manage to outplay original game in everything.

@@Shmyakish2073 it realistically can, a game of this size can take a while to even find the correct people to even try to pay, and it is overwhelming when tons of people are accusing you of taking the money and running while doing so. I will admit that they were way to ambitious with their goals for the game and bit off way more than they can chew, but it still is a huge project to keep under control anyways and it's a miracle they didn't just take the money and run 😭

@@stolen7609 Replenishing the team is something most of the developers tend to do in a month or two. Are you seriously saying that three years were not enough for phantom arcade to expand the team? And sure, with a large team it would be more difficult to control the process of development, but surprise suprise, development of the game should not be easy peasy anyway. P.S. Also, I’m not saying that Phantom Arcade is a scammer who took the money and ran away with them. Whether this is true or not doesn't matter at all, because in any case the game's development process is terribly slow. If everything will keep going like this, we will play the full version of the game when we become pensioners.

The tagline literally did say something along the lines of "THE FIRST UPDATE OF NEW RETURN" and it also probably isnt even gonna be the full game me personally ill be fine if i have to wait a few years again for any news tho since typically this stuff does take time

Like I know they cooked a lot and I was hyped a lot but my only complaint with the update is actually just the erect difficulty songs there’s only like 4 I majorly enjoy meanwhile the rest feel kinda week… but maybe I’m just seeing it wrong or they will work on changing it in the future I’m just trusting that (close to or) full release will be what I hope for.

YEAH!! I liked a majority of them but a few like blammed, the entirety of week 2 or high were kind of lacking to me chartwise or soundwise but like those are really my only complaints too

Yep, we get a lot more new and really fun songs due to the erect mode and the weekend song, and even if it took 3 years Atleast it’s closure on that the game is still updating, and we should take it as a sign the fnf creators are actually working on the game, and the fact it’s the start of so much more makes this update seem opening in the find community
