Kapi: Ludwig Van Beethoveen was born in 1770 in Bonn, Germany as the son of a court musician. His talent for the piano was soon realized and he gave his first public performance at the age of eight. Beethoven's father wanted to promote him as the next child prodigy, another Mozart. (This most surely led to Beethoven's absolute distaste for child prodigies later in his life.) Nevertheless, Beethoven was employeed as a court musician in Bonn from 1787. During this time he studied briefly under both Haydn and Mozart, although it was certainly not a satisfying relationship for Beethoven. It turns out that events in Beethoven's life greatly affected (or seem to have affected) him writing. Because of this Beethoven's musical output is very episodic. As we shall see, there are three main periods in Beethoven's life, known simply as the early, middle, and late periods. In 1792, Beethoven relocated to Vienna. This is the beginning of his early period which lasted rougly until 1800. During this time Beethoven quickly made a name for himself as a virtuoso pianist. He used his abilities at the piano to gain favor with the nobility. In fact, he even tried to claim his own noble roots by accidentially changing the Van (a meaningless title) to Von (a title of nobility). His compositions during this period consisted mainly of works for his main instrament, the piano. An example of a piece composed during this time is the Pathétique Sonata, Op. 13 (1798). Beethoven's hearing was also beginning to deteriotate at this point, however, he went to great lengths to hide this fact from those around him. A picture of the apparatus used by Beethoven to hear is pictured below. Beethoven is a transistion figure in the history of western music. He is generally known as the father of the Romantic era. However, during the first period most of his compositions were classical (ie Hadyn and Mozart) in nature. However, in 1800 Beethoven is reported to have turned his friend Krumpholz and said, "I am not very well satisfied with the work I have thus far done. From this day on I shall take a new way." And basically, he did. Beethoven abandoned the classical forms of the previous century and set out for a more expressive (Romantic) musical voice. His musical imagination began to grow beyond that of the piano. This period, which later became known as the Heroic Period because of the larger than life nature that his compositions took on, saw the creations of such masterpieces as the Tempest Sonata, Op. 31 (1801-2), the 3rd Symphony (Eroica), Op. 55 (1803), his only opera, Fidelio, Op. 72 (1803-5), and the 5th Piano Concerto (Emperor), Op. 73 (1809). Some say that this middle period was Beethoven's greatest. It certainly was his most productive. In about a decade Beethoven produced countless masterpieces in every genre. In 1809, however, his musical output began to drop, possibly in connection to his declining health and mental state. Around 1815 the famous Immortal Beloved affair occured which left Beethoven in deep depression and contemplating suicide. Although there has been much debate over the identity of this Immortal Beloved character, it is now assumed that the lucky woman was Josephine, Countess Deym, née Countess von Brunswick whose picture is shown below. Beethoven's output was mostly null until 1818. At this point he was completely deaf and slightly mad. Also his brother died leaving Beethoven's only nephew, Karl, in the guardianship of his mother. Now Beethoven felt that she was not fit to raise Karl, so he entered into a vicious lawsuit over custody of the child. For the most part he was able to use his influence with the aristocracy to win the battle. Unfortunately Beethoven was not a fit father and his relationship with Karl was quite poor, driving him to an suicide attempt a few years later. Beethoven loved Karl dearly, and the pain of his failed attempts to teach Karl music must have been devestating for Beethoven. It's often spectulated that Karl was probably a strong contributor to Beethoven's late style. The late period saw the compositions of Beethoven's largest works: the Mass in D (Missa Solemnis), Op. 123 (1818-23), the 9th Symphony (Choral), Op. 125 (1818-23), the Hammerklavier Sonata, Op. 106 (1818), and the late string quartets. It is relevant at this time to include a few words about Beethoven's compositional processes. Mozart was able to get on a train, a few hours later get off with a whole opera composed in his head. Beethoven couldn't do that. In fact every phrase, every note was like pulling teeth. Beethoven never had less than one composition going on at the same time. He used sketch books to write down his ideas when they flew into his head, before he forgot them. Even after he had an idea, he had to work it out just right. What resulted was a mess of erasures and scribbles on a piece of paper that a copyist would later havet to decipher. One look at the page below from his sketches on the Missa Solemnis and one wonders how the music ever made it out.
I think he might have meant "cool down" like not getting so mad. Gamers that tend to rage are usually just not as good as they could be, so he realized that for him to bring his A game he had to chill out and stop getting so upset
I honestly love this mod, the musics are so good and the chart is well-developed which makes it fun to play. I also love how the "antagonist" doesnt rage and tries to kill you.
That's not true the 3rd song is a different classical piece then beathoven was based on but I guess they do sound the same since they have the same composer. 3rd song is moonlight sonata 3rd movement which is ironic
@@jeteveux344 mate, that's the last song. He talked about the third song, the third song has a different composer, it's composed by mid fight masses composer
1:05 Wocky 3:30 Beathoven 5:52 Hairball 9:20 Nyaw Here all the songs with their minutes so that they are not confused ;) By the way, good video, I'm really impressed how they were all perfect 😮
In the second song you can see skid and pump....................................................secret comment for only sr pelo fans..............................................OH LORD THAT STRANGE MAN KILLED THE KIDS SOMEONE STOP THE MAAA-
I just can’t get over the smoothness of Kapi’s animations. It transitions so beautifully no matter what notes are played and I can’t stop watching, it’s mesmerizing
I think it's because they're not re-drawing every couple of frames just to re-make a pose, and they're just moving the existing drawings body parts, so the lines stay the same if you get what i mean
I like how throughout f the third song, Bf adds extra notes to show him one upping Kapi. It makes it seem more like a competition for Gf than just playing Simon Says.
It brings a tear to my eye that DDR is being brought back 🥲 I was one of those ‘nerds’ who played it in the early 2000s at arcades back when it wasn’t cool lol
Boyfriend: "Nyaw!" Kapi: *Proceeds to be confused about his 16 grammatical errors, and that boyfriend just publically explained to Kapi about how he was going to commit several war crimes in one Meow*
When I saw Kapi get mad I was like "Oh god, the next song they're probably more pissed and will have an edgy form." and then Kapi decided to take a chill pill and have one last nice song with bf, that's a nice change.
So happy to hear the old classic song of DDR kind of arcade machine's song to be included in this...brings back memories when I used to have one in my mall when I was growing up which was called Pump It Up, I had such a blast playing on it after school and Beethoven Virus was one of my fav ones to clear
"Not bad for a cat!" I didn't know kapi was actually a cat, i thought he was a wolf or some. Just how did this comment get famous all of a sudden..? Likes go brrr like kapi on his ddr pad when playing nyaw.
Can we please talk about the Nintendo Switch poster that just says “drift”? I can practically feel the amount of rage the mod creator must’ve suffered through while trying to play video games with drifty JoyCons... All that rage, manifested into a small poster in the background of a FNF mod... Screw all the other cool stuff in the background, JOYCON DRIFT POSTER IS BEST DETAIL!
@@KenjiWasUnseen I had a controller that would non-stop literally go everywhere, don’t know how it happened annoying, I’ve had 4 pairs of controllers and only one pair worked. *p̱̱̬̻̞̩͎̌ͦ̏ a̘̫͈̭͌͛͌̇̇̍ i̞̟̫̺ͭ̒ͭͣ n͉̠̙͉̗̺̋̋̔ͧ̊ .*
I absolutely love this mod!! The designs are amazing, the whole background is wonderful, with skid and pump, also it's unique how bf can talk! I really like it
Hex mod had BF talking too, and so did FNF HD. Sunday mod actually had him speak both actual words AND gibberish. Anytime BF speaks actual words is just cursed to me ngl.
There was a good amount of attention to detail for Kapi's arrow animations. They didn't just make him go left when the left arrow came, they made him actually press the left arrow on his pad as he sees it, etc etc.
I honestly really appreciate this mod. Really good music, a good character, no edgy final stage and the animation is really good. Fnf mods are getting more unique day by day and it’s really nice to see, sad that most people hate the modding community tho since there are gems like this one
@@peruinnsouvannavong7119 because of the repetitive: first song easy, second song easy, third song "hard" and badly charted with note spam, character normal until 3rd song and he gets mad, the only exception to this is the shaggy mod cause it actually includes a gimmick that makes the challenge of extra notes make you wanna try and beat the mod instead of shitty charting note spam
@@Santi-mz9ll can you really blame them: one popular mod maker for FNF tried canceling FNF and it community after they where done /w their mod for no reason.
I like how near the end of the last song Kapi was about to stop, but Bf taunted him with the "Meow" and he went beserk. Then the light shutdown and looked at the camera like "I told you."
Kapi is my favorite FNF mod character hands down. He embodies this old school arcade fan energy, and reminds me of 2000’s internet culture. And come on, he’s just a good dancer.
Whenever Pumps eyes glow blue-ish green, it means hes near a demon, and GF is a demon. Small detail alot of ppl overlook but really cool for the Sr Pelo fans
I thought skid was just kind of incapable of being like controlled by the demon in spooky month whatever because his family was in some cult and pump wasnt
