This mod is certainly different from a lot of other horror mods for FNF. First of all it's not just BF parroting back what the opponent does, the songs don't just sound like noise (which a lot of songs lately seem to be victims of) and it feels like more of a creepy mod then just relying on jump scares. If I had to pick anything about it to detract from it I'd say the screen pulsations are a bit aggressive, and burning may currently be way too hard for the average FNF player. Seeing a faker GF is a really cool addition!
I think burning is kinda cool since you have to remember the pattern and is a cool mechanic like the 5 or 6 keys mechanic in the Shaggy mod. Imo Fnf has been out for a very very long time and so do the mods, most of the fnf playerbase can beat pretty much every song ( except for Bambi and Dave or whatever their names are ( i hate this mod btw ) lol ). I mean like, I do get your point but I still think it's a pretty neat mechanic tho
Fnf players need hard mechanics Also this one is possible to FC The arrows change on screen yes, but are in the same order (Left arrow is always left, then down, then up, then right)
The Fake GF's already usually solid black eyes having a subtle, fleshy depth to them to show they're actually just empty holes is a wonderfully unsettling visual sleight of hand. Same with the mouth, though to a slightly lesser degree.
I like how simple Faker GF's design is as well as her song. Nothing too grand to get overworked for. Though I am a little sad that there wasn't a transformation. But I think it was probably for the best.
Honestly this mod is pretty cool! I like the different characters and many interesting concepts! Like the song played on the tv! Also 17:03 Woah it's March 7th from Honkai Star Rail! Pretty cool moving wallpaper you've got there hehe
Fun fact - Girl is one of two unused FNF-based exes in the actual Sonic.exe mod. Basic premise is that she resembles the GF in EXE's week, wants BF to herself, and goes monster when the real GF appears. The other one is Lookalike, who was the basis for MarStar's Yourself.

Honestly the mod looks even more amazing! Gotta say its Sonic.EXE vibe felt spookier and closer to the actual Sonic.EXE virus than the previous versions.

Interesting take on Burning--cutting Sonic out entirely and having it be Eggman going all Jekyll & Hyde instead to account for the two different chromatics.
Girl was meant to look like her appearance in Faker but was scrapped in the OG Sonic.EXE mod, that’s why she sounds so similar to EXE. Genesis was meant to be the only opponent in Burning in the OG mod as well, while basically every other mod that uses this song or a remix of it has SHP Sonic in it as well.
I like to think that Faker GF's motivation is to replace GF. But not because she's evil, but just because she wants to be with BF. But funny enough, she seriously does not see anything wrong with this. Like, if BF confronted her about being a fake, she *legitimately* would not understand why that would be such a huge problem. If she can look and act just like the real GF, then why shouldn't BF love her just the same. That sounds like an interesting trope to me. 😅
Ik i'm kinda late to answer this but Yes, Girl just kinda goes around looking like Gf because she wants Bf to love her, nothing evil related more than she chopped Gf's hair in half to use it for herself And well, what was going to be the og story for Girl was actually that Bf turns out seeing her as just another Girlfriend, so he just kinda stays with both lmao That idea got scrapped by Sarah though

Yes but cg plays only the unique ones now, last time we got to see a universe where every sonic characters were female, then we got to battle an elephant.exe and now we go on a blind date with GF. You see how every sonic.exe mod is different (but only on cg channel) I guess when you look at gamebanana you'll always see the same thing with nothing new added to it
I like the sonic cd reference in the "too slow song" the part when they sing the theme of the song "you can do anything" from the intro cutscene of sonic cd 💿. 😌👌👍
I feel like "Blind Date" is like a mix of arid places kinda like the desert and a love song kinda like to enchant BF I don't know if my word even make sense but I love the song
