thank you - this was one of the most uplifting refreshing meditations i’ve ever done - it felt almost healing in a way🦋 like swimming in a warm sea or walking through a forest - i completely absorbed and entranced by it - it was simply wonderful - thank you 🍀

Had a dream that I visited the monastery you are at in Australia yesterday. It felt so real that even if I don't get to thank you for your service in this life it will be a great memory that my mind gave me to be able to express my gratitude to you. Thank you for everything you do for others.

It's amazing the feeling you can expands so far even through technology Grazie from Matera Italy. Within few days I will join Santacittarama monastery with Ajahn Chandapalo and the Shanga
