@@ScreamingmadJoe the lawsuit ended but due to it taking too long. Devs moved on to do other things.

@@BurgerPwner It's legitimately just some bullshit lawsuit from the original screenplay writer, Victor Miller, and the producer/director of the original movie, Sean Cunningham, over who owns the rights to the franchise that's holding it up. That's it. No content pertaining to the franchise is allowed to be created and sold until the dispute is settled, and man does it really look like the dispute will never be settled. Unfortunately, even if it does end up settled sometime in our lives, Gun Media already stated they're just not updating the game anymore. It's abandoned now.
