In this week's final Friday Challenge, Miss Chapman set you the challenge of 'Around the Clock'. While in a press up position, the challenge was to do a full turn round - like the hands on a clock - by only moving your hands. Did anyone manage to beat Miss Chapman's time of 8.38 seconds?
