There are some things like that which I will never understand, but then again probably plenty of things I do that make others go "but why?" though mine tend to not involve money, and instead just my time lol
I love Frank! Live in South orange county Ca but going to make a special trip to Pinal county Az to get pulled over by this guy and buy him lunch! He's always fair and reasonable but enforces the law that we all must live within. The problem is that I don't have a cracked windshield, tinted windows and I drive like my deceased Grand mother!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It would probably be a lot better to just stop by the station to say hi, just saying. Also less expensive. He doesn't give out warnings just because someone is a fan.
