Sooooo I’m kinda upset because I’ve already purchased the bigger pitcher set, 🤦🏾‍♀️ buttttt I never told you that I bought the Nama last year or earlier this year. I love it. I tell people you told me I needed this in my life. I LOVE IT!! Also this is off topic but I have to tell you. When I watch you I tell everyone that you told me to do this or buy that. 🤣 With that being said a year ago or maybe a year and half ago you introduced us to Organics Nature sea moss gummies. And you take it for your thyroid. Again you told me I needed this for my thyroid because I HAD hypothyroidism. So I bought them like you told me to. Lol. Fast forward to May of this year I ran out of my meds and didn’t realize my insurance card had expired (military) and the form wouldn’t be signed by the person who was supposed to sign it to authorize me to renew my card. Long story but 3 mths later I got my card. The beginning of September I went to my doctor for my regular scheduled appointment. I was truthful with her and told her I hadn’t taken my meds in 3 months. She looked at me and asked “so haven’t been taking anything?” I told her no, because I didn’t have my meds and I couldn’t get the script filled. So I said “I guess I need a refill for the refill” and I laughed. Then I told her the only thing I’ve been taking were the Sea Moss gummies. I pulled it up and let her read what was in it. She looked at me and then looked back at my bloodwork and said “I’m not putting you on meds. Continue to take the gummies and I’ll see you in 3 months. All I can say is Thank you Jesus. I told her the lady on RU-vid named HelenH told me to get them. lol. All of that to say. Continue on with your videos Chile because I’m watching. Between you Sheena and a few more yall be having me in a chokehold telling me to get stuff. Lol❤

You mentioned the warranty on the machine. I haven't had any issues with my J2, but my C2 was jamming bad when making ginger -- even when I cut it down small -- also it was not moving anything out of the hopper when I tried to do sorbet with fruit .. I contacted Nama and they only asked for the info from the bottom of my C2 and are sending me all new "inside" parts for the C2. I don't know if there has been anything that PAINLESS when getting something replaced or returned (besides at Nordstrom LOL). I feel confident that anything else I order from them for family would be handled the same way and that means A LOT these days when companies stand behind their products.
