Karelia : When I was a child you were not even born and the Indians long ago used to cooked Karelia fried up with salt beef and shrimp. In today’s world I don’t know what the razzzzz the young people are cooking. Imagined Karelia and potatoes, or they would stuff it with mince. I hated it so much so my mother never cooked it. What I would like to know why do the Indians cook curry every other day when there are tons of dishes to cooked. Since the internet came in people started cooking a lot of crap for dishes. I left Guyana in the late sixties and I can’t stand having curry so often. Once a month is enough maybe. I eat a lot of salads and a piece of protein. We eat very healthy in North America. No obese people walking around. Your meals turned out good. Now that I see your face you were not even born when I left Guyana in my teens. Have a good day enjoy. Oh by the way too much curry will make your stomach green. The people in India curry is vastly different from the Island. You are a good chef find a wife soon.
