Blue eggplant (lat. Solanum melongena) is an annual plant of the genus Solanum. The range of this species includes eastern India and Sri Lanka, but with early domestication it was extended first to the area of East Asia, the Mediterranean and Europe, and later to the American continents. It is grown for its fruit, which is used as a vegetable.
To prepare you need:
1 Blue eggplant cleaned and salted
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2.5 dcl of carbonated mineral water
2 dcl of milk
Flour as needed
spices
Frying oil.
