Mustard seed oil is best for frying fish I hope they don't use it in Africa Taste of fish is enhanced if fried in Mustard Seed oil after coating it with turmeric paste Garlic paste salt and corn flower

Thank you Khadeeja, Africa is a very big continent with different countries I live in Ghana West Africa where I film this content and we have good running water. Washing of the fish is not a big problem at all. The fish taste really nice. You should make time to visit

I visited Tamale (excuse the spelling error) in 1990. We were there for a Knights of St John’s convention. I enjoyed the dorcoon and fried fish. That is the industrial part of Ghana.

Alhaji Rashiid(OH).I don't know your state, but if you live in Ohio, close to Columbus, you can get some from the African, Mexican or Asian grocery stores in Columbus, Ohio. (Go to Brekum African Market on Morse Rd. (Columbus, Ohio) They have everything African, that's my go to shop.
